Peter Tomaž Dobrila is an electrical and computer engineer and a musician who focuses on creative information and communication technologies, a co-founder of the KiberSRCeLab Multimedia Center (MMC KIBLA) in Maribor (1996-1998). He is a member of the European Academy of Digital Media (EADiM) and mentor-consultant in international co-operation projects and participated in the Maribor nomination for European Capital of Culture (2012). Dobrila is active at the Slovenian Ministry of Culture committees. He works in a public institution Maribor 2012 – European Capital of Culture. He is also involved in the audiovisual group Bizantinski kadilak (Byzantine Cadillac) , and authors intermediate projects.
